Study Abroad and Exchange (SAEX)
dwell Village Melbourne City welcomes Study Abroad and Exchange (SAEX) students studying at RMIT University and the University of Melbourne! Whether you’re here for 6 months, 12 months or more, we know you want to have the best all-round experience during your time in Australia. Working closely with RMIT University and the University of Melbourne, we ensure that SAEX students have access to a unique and comprehensive accommodation package, designed to make your transition to the Village effortless.

The Study Abroad and Exchange (SAEX) Package for 2021 per person, per semester:
*Please note: All rates quoted are in AUD$
*A Bond equivalent to 4 weeks rent is payable upon accepting the accommodation offer. The Bond is lodged with the Residential Tenancy Bond Authority, and is fully refundable at the end of the contract period, subject to payment by the resident of any outstanding extras, and an apartment inspection by the Facilities Manager.
Level 4 Accreditation with UniCAN Alcohol Accreditation Programme
The ‘Alcohol Accreditation’ Program, UniCAN, is a national initiative between AlcoCups and the Australian Association of College and Housing Officers (AACUHO) to Change Alcohol Norms. The program aims to create and implement a holistic behavioral change model in universities to reduce alcohol related incidents and promote responsible drinking.
